The high-quality, modernly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained residence. With its two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for up to 5 people. A comfortable bathroom with a toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower is included, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a breakfast terrace where you can enjoy the first warm rays of the rising sun over Monte Baldo.

The apartment impresses with its east, south and west exposure. You can enjoy sunshine throughout the entire day in the private garden. The garden is fully enclosed and can be accessed from the outside through a garden gate, as well as from inside the apartment through four patio doors.
In the garden, there is also a jacuzzi available for use at an extra charge, which can be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

The residence offers a communal outdoor area with a pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers including parasols.

A private parking space is available to you in the associated underground garage.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
