Outside, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining, with a view of the pool below. Inside, the sitting area includes a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a coffee machine (Lavazza "Dolce Gusto" model).

Location
The apartment is close to all services in Toscolano Maderno. The historic center of the town is one of the gems of Lake Garda. The port of Toscolano Maderno (a 15-minute walk) is a stop for ferries that tour the lake. On the water, visitors can swim, fish, canoe, sail, windsurf, and dive. On land, the lakeside promenade is a lovely place for a stroll at any time of day. Away from the lake, there are hiking and mountain biking trails through the scenic countryside, a golf course (5 minutes by car), and horseback riding.
There are many excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, and for those who enjoy cooking, the Toscolano weekly market (Thursday mornings) offers fresh local produce to prepare at home.
Art and history lovers can visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani," the home of writer Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (9 minutes by car) and the new museum in Salò, called "MU SA" (20 minutes by car).
The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour and 10 minutes by car) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 15 minutes by car).
